Residents, construction update on the Bond-funded street project. Bent Oak asphalt is complete. Phase 1 of Cliffside (N.W. Military to 128 Cliffside) is has ongoing concrete curbs and driveways work. Asphalt likely to be laid first week of May in Phase 1. Phase 2 of Cliffside (128 Cliffside to 400 Cliffside) started reconstruction this week. Late next week Phase 2 of Cliffside will get concrete subgrade stabilization. There will be times when access will be limited throughout the process of cement stabilization (limited to 4-6 hours). Phase 3 of Cliffside (400 Cliffside to 423 Cliffside) is likely to start reconstruction in early May. Call D&D's Barry Bonn @ 210.371.6504 if you need assistance.

Residents, D&D hit rock subgrade in first Phase of Cliffside, that combined with rain has slowed progress. Cliffside Phase 1 will not be concrete stabilized but curbs will be strengthened with dowels into the rock. Concrete curbing and driveways will begin next week. Bent Oak concrete work is complete. Asphalt to go down on Bent Oak on Monday and Tuesday next week. All this is pending weather as more rain is in forecast. Phase 2 of Cliffside (128 to 400 Cliffside) will start reconstruction within the next two weeks. TxDOT Tie-In coordination ongoing, construction to occur in next several weeks. Cliffside will be done in three phases:
Phase 1 – N.W. Military to 128 Cliffside
Phase 2 – 128 Cliffside to 400 Cliffside (near Windmill)
Phase 3 – 400 Cliffside to 423 Cliffside (near the saddletree transition)
