The Finance Office provides overall fiscal management of the City. The Finance Office activities include central accounting, financial analysis and reporting; budget preparation and control; debt management; accounts receivable, payable and general ledger; custody and investment of public funds; operations analysis and audit. This Office is also responsible for the Human Resources operations of the City and also provides managerial and supervisory duties in the City's Municpal Court operation.
