Purpose
To review existing communications processes of the City and make recommendations to staff and City Council for improved communication to citizens. Said review and recommendations shall encompass the following:
- Notice to the Public: The Communications Committee shall review and recommend updates to existing citizen notice programs which may include posting of all agendas, minutes, public notices, and other items of public interest on the City designated web site.
- Two-Way Communication: The Communications Committee will suggest tools and processes for better, viable and reliable two way communication.
The Communications Committee will be responsible for reporting recommendations on communications to City Council.
Membership
The Communications Committee is established by City Council and shall consists of six (6) members.
Term
Overlapping two year terms.
Meets
The second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM.
